Due to the nature of the services provided, Micro Mend Co. does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any services, consultations, programs, or packages purchased. All sales are final.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients are required to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled appointment.

    •    Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will not be credited, transferred, or rescheduled.

    •    Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice will be considered a completed session.

By booking and purchasing services with Micro Mend Co., the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
